[SV] By accessing or using WarroomOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

[SV] 2. Description of Service

[SV] WarroomOS is an AI-powered business strategy and execution platform. It provides business model packs, market-specific playbooks, financial models, compliance frameworks, and AI-generated strategic deliverables.

[SV] 3. Accounts & Workspaces

• [SV] You must provide accurate information during registration
• [SV] You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• [SV] Each workspace is isolated — members of one workspace cannot access another
• [SV] Account sharing is prohibited; use team invitations instead

[SV] 4. Subscriptions & Billing

• [SV] Free tier: limited AI calls, 1 active pack, 1 market
• [SV] Paid tiers: billed monthly via Stripe with 14-day free trial
• [SV] Tier upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at billing cycle end
• [SV] All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• [SV] Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days

[SV] 5. AI-Generated Content

[SV] Strategy outputs are generated by AI agents and carry Trust Layer confidence tags (Data-backed, Estimate, Simulated, etc.). These outputs are informational and should not be treated as professional legal, financial, or tax advice. You are responsible for validating AI-generated content before acting on it.

[SV] 6. Intellectual Property

• [SV] You retain ownership of your business inputs and data
• [SV] AI-generated strategy outputs belong to your workspace
• [SV] WarroomOS retains rights to the platform, UI, pack definitions, and agent prompts
• [SV] You may export and use generated strategies for your business purposes

[SV] 7. Usage Limits

[SV] Each pricing tier includes daily and hourly AI call limits. Exceeding these limits will temporarily restrict strategy generation until the limit resets or you upgrade. Rate limits are enforced per-tenant.

[SV] 8. Prohibited Use

• [SV] Automated scraping or bulk extraction of platform content
• [SV] Reverse-engineering AI agent prompts or model routing logic
• [SV] Reselling AI-generated outputs as your own SaaS product
• [SV] Using the platform for illegal activities in any jurisdiction

[SV] 9. Data & Privacy

[SV] Your use of WarroomOS is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement Row Level Security, tenant isolation, and comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable regulations.

[SV] 10. Limitation of Liability

[SV] WarroomOS is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for business decisions made based on AI-generated content. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

[SV] 11. Changes to Terms

[SV] We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email to account holders. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
